脫硫除塵器在對(duì)燃煤鍋爐脫硫方面，可以濕法除塵，濕法脫硫，也可以除塵脫硫一體化，適合應(yīng)用于電站燃煤循環(huán)硫化床鍋爐除塵脫硫，也可應(yīng)用燃煤鏈條鍋爐的濕法脫硫除塵和煙氣凈化，脫除二氧化硫效率高，尾氣凈化徹底，應(yīng)用在爐窯行業(yè)脫除氟化氫和窯爐尾氣酸性廢氣凈化設(shè)備等。

水膜除塵器實(shí)質(zhì)上就是一個(gè)濕法旋風(fēng)除塵器，含塵氣體從簡(jiǎn)體下部沿切線方向進(jìn)入，形成旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，靠離心作用將粉塵分散到筒壁。筒壁有一層用噴嘴噴入筒內(nèi)的水膜，分離出來(lái)的粉塵被筒壁上的水膜所吸附，然后隨水膜下流到筒體底部排出。凈化后的氣體從筒體上部排出。

The water film dust collector is essentially a wet cyclone dust collector, in which the dusty gas enters from the lower part of the cylinder along the tangential direction, forming a rotational motion, and dispersing the dust to the cylinder wall by centrifugal action. There is a layer of water film sprayed into the cylinder wall through a nozzle, and the separated dust is adsorbed by the water film on the cylinder wall and then flows down to the bottom of the cylinder to be discharged. The purified gas is discharged from the upper part of the cylinder.
