　　5、停機時，不用堵截緊縮氣源，尤其在風機作業(yè)時， 向提高閥氣缸供給緊縮空氣，以確保提高閥處開啟狀況。

5. When shutting down, there is no need to block the compressed air source, especially during fan operation, to supply compressed air to the lifting valve cylinder to ensure the opening status of the lifting valve.

　　6、除塵器在正常作業(yè)時，排灰設備不能停止作業(yè)，否則，灰斗內(nèi)很快會積滿粉塵致使溢入袋室，迫使除塵器停止作業(yè)。

6. When the dust collector is operating normally, the ash discharge equipment cannot stop working. Otherwise, the ash hopper will quickly accumulate dust and overflow into the bag room, forcing the dust collector to stop working.

　　7、開機時，應先接通緊縮空氣至儲氣罐，接通操控電源，發(fā)動排灰設備，假如體系中還有其它設備，應先發(fā)動下游設備。

　　8、儲氣罐、氣源三聯(lián)件中的油水分離器應每班排污一次，一起油水分離器應每隔3～6月清洗一次，油霧器應常常查看存油狀況，及時加油。

　　9、運用定時式清灰操控柜，應定期測定清灰周期是否準確，否則應進行調(diào)整。運用定阻式脈沖操控儀，應定期查看壓力開關的作業(yè)狀況，測壓口是否堵塞，并進行清理。

9. When using a timed ash cleaning control cabinet, the accuracy of the ash cleaning cycle should be regularly measured, otherwise adjustments should be made. When using a fixed resistance pulse controller, it is necessary to regularly check the operation status of the pressure switch, check if the pressure measuring port is blocked, and clean it.

　　10、停機時，在工藝體系停止之后，應保持除塵器和排風機持續(xù)作業(yè)一段時間，以除塵設備內(nèi)的潮氣和粉塵， 注意的是，在除塵器停止作業(yè)時， 反復對除塵器進行清灰(可用手動清灰)，將除塵濾袋上的粉塵除掉，以訪受潮氣影響而糊袋子。

10. When shutting down, after the process system stops, the dust collector and exhaust fan should be kept operating continuously for a period of time to remove moisture and dust from the dust removal equipment. It is important to repeatedly clean the dust collector (manual cleaning can be used) when the dust collector stops working, remove the dust from the dust filter bag, and prevent the bag from being affected by moisture and sticking.
